Quick Start Guide

You can place an order in our shop by following these steps:

1.) You add an item to your shopping cart by clicking on ‘add to cart’.

2.) You can view all the items you have placed in your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right of the menu bar or on the ‘Shopping Cart’ link at the bottom of the page.

3.) If you wish to purchase the items from your shopping cart, click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ in the shopping cart display.

4.) During the ordering process, you first enter your shipping and payment details.

5.) Before you submit your order in step 4, you will receive an overview of all the details of your planned order (especially billing and shipping address, product, price, quantity, and payment method). To finalize the order, you must confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, as well as the cancellation policy and any exceptions thereto.

6.) By clicking on ‘Place order’, you submit your order to us. This constitutes an offer to enter into a purchase agreement with us.

We accept bank transfer, details shown at checkout. All payments must be completed before shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
